Deposit policy (adapt to your bakery)
A non-refundable deposit holds your date. We start no order until it is paid.
The balance is due by the date written above. Unpaid orders may be released.
Design changes are accepted until the date we agree; after that we may not be able to make them.
If you cancel before the agreed cutoff, the deposit can move to a new date once. After the cutoff it is not refunded.
We bake in a home or shared kitchen that also handles common allergens. Tell us about any allergy before you order.
